(DASEF), an independent non-profit educational organization
having 501(c)(3) status, exists to inspire and educate the
people of the Delaware Valley in the areas of math, science,
technology and aerospace through the use of academies,
presentations, symposiums, professional development, events
and activities and the new ITEC.
Nature walks, Stream Watch and a
focus on indigenous plantings integrate the grounds with the
foundation’s state-of-the-art “green” construction. Key
features of the outdoor experience are a nature trail and
walkway, dinosaur digs, weather station, outdoor exhibits
and wildflower fields. The Environmental Outpost (Phase I)
open by appointment.
FIELD TRIPS: School programs are under development and
will be offered soon.
ITEC will provide a facility that demonstrates the DASEF mission with emphasis on the appreciation and understanding of the natural world and beyond and the integration of human ingenuity with the ecosystems of the Earth.
