Phase I: Sitework/Environmental Outpost/Bus Storage and Maintenance Building - The sitework for approximately 70% of the DASEF site is included in Phase I.  The outpost is located in the far corner of the forty acre site in northern Kent County, a setting conducive to DASEF's outreach and environmental, astronomical and nature studies. The Storage Facility will house all of DASEF’s vehicles and equipment.
